The pc back than and now.

The first pc, were used to run programs and do mathematical equations. As the years went by pc was being developed to be more advance and modern. So, the screen was bigger and the way it look was made to be more useful. At first it was the pc and later on, another version of a pc developed and was the laptop. This technology is used now for video games and the same purposes as before. There are websites, where people run their businesses, and for other jobs. This has advanced into other types of computers, that are portable and light weight.

Michael Browns Pictures Influence

Before I get started, I want to say R.I.P. Michael Brown. I do not know much about this case or situation. I do remember last year, the impact it made in social networks, the news, communities that were informed, and my school. I remember,  I will be on Facebook and I saw a lot of posts about how Michael Brown being shot was injustice.  I saw videos, posts, and pictures about this case.  The pictures I saw, supported the fact that this act was injustice. Social media acted as a way to influence the audience that the act was injustice. To me, it acted like a form of propaganda that influenced the audience on the side that they are on. Most of these pictures were pictures that were shared by many people from pictures that were taken by news paper companies and people that were at the scene. Also people who were also in a event where people protest for justice for Michael Brown.  Overall, the photos act as way to influence that Michael Brown being shot was injustice in the social medias.

Why I draw?

   My favorite activity is drawing. Drawing is a way for me to express my feelings into a paper and it allows me to relief stress. In most of my drawings, I am able to visualize a picture in my head. In other words, most of my drawings represent a memorable moment. A moment where it has became important to me. Not all of my drawings have a memorable moment but can also have a meaning. Their are symbols or the drawing itself is a symbol. This can symbolize a moment or a feeling that I was expressing to the paper. Some of the things that I have drawn are hearts, cars, cartoon characters, and other things that come to my mind.                                                                                                                              
    I draw when I have time to and when I do, I spent like two hours drawing. I know many friends and I follow people on social networks that know how to draw better than me. Then their are those who are novice and sometimes they don't have the right materials. I know for sure that, one has to have the right materials to draw and also the time to draw. If a person does not know what draw then the person has to be motivated to draw.

   I may not be good as others but I get inspired by my brother and other art work. My older brother inspired me because he will draw for hours and I will get amazed on how it looks. That inspired me and motivated me to draw. Also, work from artist from the Renaissance era inspired me to draw because their work is amazing to me. Work from Leonardo Da Vinci, inspired because his drawings are beyond from what I have seen.

What goes on my brain?

Most of my brain focuses on school. I focus on this more than anything else because school is important to me. I focus to much to pass all my classes and do all the homework that is given to me. Also because I tend to do all my homework  at the last minute. So I worry to much whether I will have time to finish all the homework. At the end I still finish all my homework.

Halloween and Day of the dead.

For Halloween, most kids are outside with their parents, and trick or treating from store to store or house to house. When I  was child, their would be times where I won't go trick or treating and other times where I would. When I did go trick or treating, i would go with my cousins and my parents. In middle school I  still celebrated Halloween, even though my sister was born and i started to loose interest in celebrating. Yes, I did loose a bit of interest because I thought that it was too much work to go outside to trick or treat, I did not consider it to be fun anymore, and I thought it was only for children. Well don't get offended. It's not for little kids, that was just my opinion. Well thats not only thing I did.

                                                                       Since I was born and raised by mexican parents, we do something different (Im mexican). We celebrate the day of the dead or dia de los muertos. We celebrate this to remind ourselves of family members that have passed away. At home my mom puts an altar and decorates it with pictures, mexican food, other decorations, and a couple of other mexican traditions to represent the person being remembered. Every year we do this to honor and remember the ones we loved.

What type of assignment would you use this for? 
This source can be used for a project about famous philosophers during the renaissance that did art or science. 

1. This is a primary source because CDC is an organization that are in the field, helping to prevent diseases, and creating their own articles that aware or give information about a disease based on their research.

2. This article is a secondary source because the author Tara Haelle used a source and utilized the examples from the source to help emphasize her article.

3. These videos are a good source because the videos are interviews that NBC had with Edward Snowden in first person. Where Snowden answers questions about that information he leaked to the society and other actions he made.

4. This article is a bad source on Obama because the author is making opinion about Obama being the one of the best presidents.

5. At my free time I like to watch The Walking Dead. The official website of the walking dead, is a good source about the walking dead because the website provides information, news, and the episodes of the walking dead. A bad source is when the author is just providing the readers with his opinions that are based on what he sees from his views.

Does your online persona reflect on how you are in real life?

Are you the same person in social media? 

    An online persona is your personality that one could see through social media. The things that you post can reflect on the type of person you are. For example, if you post funny posts then one can assumed that you are a funny person. But social media does not really tell a person how one really is. A person can be a different person in social media and a different person in outside of social networks. Lets take the same example from before, you post funny post and post pictures of you being very outgoing but in reality most of your time is being spent in the house, being bored, and working. This can be proven by the article, Overblown Facebook personas can leave friends deflated, this article shows a good example of a person who is different from their online persona. Erika Murray was charged with fetal death for having dead infants in her house. This event occurred two days ago.  In Facebook, she recently posted a picture with her kids having a good time. She has two different personas, the social media persona and the reality persona. One that views her Facebook, will assume that she is good person and a good parent but after what she did, she is not consider to be what she seems to be in social media. 

 Am I the same person from social media and the real world?

In Facebook, I post funny posts, pictures of my drawing and my family. If I was a different person and I was looking at Jesus (ME) profile, I will observed and predict that Jesus is a funny person that enjoys being with his family members and a person that enjoys to draw. This is true, since I do like to draw,  I am funny according to my friends, and i also like to spent time with my family members. My family members like cousins are like my best friends because I express my self too much to them and spent more time with them than I do with my friends from school. Overall, my online persona is the same persona from, when I'm out of the social networks.

Digital- native and digital immigrant

Today in modern society, new generations are born in the advancing technologies and this makes them digital- native. Older generations, that are older than a young adult, are consider to be digital-immigrant.

A digital- native person that uses technology more frequently and has been using technology for quiet a long time. This makes the person continue to use technology for the rest of their life. Not for the rest for their life but for a long time. Since they had the technology already, they already know how to utilize what they have correctly. For example, a toddler in today's society is more limey to use technology. As they continue to grow and get older, the kid will be able to enhance their learning on how to use the technology that is advancing. This makes this person to be a digital native. For a digital immigrant it is different because they have not been using technology as much as a a digital native. A digital immigrant does not know how to utilize the technology due to lack of experience. This makes them a novice. Furthermore, a digital native has more benefits than a digital immigrant because society today is run by technology. There are more job opportunities due to the advancement in technology.

The decrease of teen users in Facebook.

The article, Teens are officially over Facebook by Caitlin Dewey, is correct about the decrease in amount of teens that use Facebook. Facebook has been around for a couple of year and it is almost the same thing since it has been started. Even with the updates and a few changes, teens have stopped using Facebook as much as they did before. Also Facebook has competition with other social media networks that are a trend in the lives of teens. Overall, teens may be tired of Facebook and are more interested in other social media networks.
